Green Cad Applicant Never worked with Sponsor (Employer)
Dear All,
I have a question. Please share your experience if have had similar situation.
One employer filed for my Green Card application while I was working with different employer. The employer who filed my G.C and I were agreed on terms and conditions. As per our agreement, I did not join my future employer after getting my G.C. I continued working with my existing employer. I asked one time to my future employer for employment but he did not offer any opportunity to me. and I continued working with my previous (old) employer.
Now, my G.C is not in 5 years and I'm planning to apply for Citizenship.
According to the above situation, should I wait for few more years or apply for Citizenship?
