Becoming a us Citizen after 3 years being married with a us citizen, divorce ahead
My sister is married to a us citizen here in nyc and will become a us citizen soon. she pretty much have a tough married life since her husband cheated on her and only wants to divorce her after she becomes a citizen, she is now back with her exboyfriend from college but he only have a working visa expired and she want to get married with him for love and to help him out, will that be a problem for her after she become a us citizen a divorce then marry again to sponsor the guy?
