  • 8 year old green card, do I need proof of continuous residence?

Hi I am planning to apply for citizenship now, I meet all criteria, but I am confused about my absence during first 3 years

    My visits abroad since ggreencard
    I got green card- 6/2005

Visit- 7/2005 to 5/2007----( finishing my med school). ( used re-entry permit)
    Visit 2- 7/2007 to 2/09--- ( again used re-entry i131)

    5/8/2009 to 2/2010---- 3rd visit for 9 months

Since 2/26/2010, I have been maintaining continuous stay with 3 abroad visits of less than 6 month....
If we count the 11 month prior as per page number 22 of guide to naturalization... Then I should be able to apply now for citizenship....
"If you return within 2 years, some of your time out of the country does count. In fact, the last 364 days of your time out of the country (1 year minus 1 day) counts toward meeting your continuous residence requirement."

    My questions are-
Am I wrong with the above calculation?
Do I need any evidences to prove that I was connected to usa from 2005 to 2009..... If yes, what do I need...?

P.s. Sorry for the long post
