Hi, i was arrested on december 2013 for petit larceny in new york (shoplifting) and got and ACD from the court (adjournment in contemplation of dismissal) after six month of staying out of trouble. In about 18 moths it will be 5 years since i received my Green Card, so I'm planning to apply for citizenship. my question is as follows: will ACD block me from getting my citizenship? Thanks in advance for looking at my question. id really appreciate if you could answer me. Im really worried.
