I am thinking to file by the end of the year for N400 but I have 3 questions.
1 Do you have to have continuous residence and physical presence of 6 consecutive months prior to the submission?
2 Can I file (early filling) 90 days before completing 18 months of physical presence if I meet all the other criteria?
3 My husband has a job contract abroad. My children (american citizens as my husband) and I live in Chicago great area. In the application of course I will mention the permanent residence of my husband and the company in which he works, which is not of American interests.
Do you think that this will be a problem for my N400 to be accepted by USCIS?
I would be grateful for anyone's help.
