Few Questions on Naturilization

Hello All,
I have few questions related to my application for Citizenship: Can you please respond if you know the answers to the below questions?

1) I was issued my green card on Dec 09 2009. Do i need to wait until Dec 09 2014 to apply for my citizenship or can i apply now?
2) In the application N-400, they are asking for employment history for the past 5 years. Do i also have to include my brief unemployment history,when i claimed Unemployment insurance? Is it ok if i don't include this information?

YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR N-400 PACKAGE AFTER SEPTEMBER 10 OF THIS YEAR (3 months before 5-year anniversary of PR start).

2) In the application N-400, they are asking for employment history for the past 5 years. Do i also have to include my brief unemployment history,when i claimed Unemployment insurance? Is it ok if i don't include this information?

YOU ONLY NEED TO REPORT EMPLOYMENT INFO, NOT UNEMPLOYMENT INFO.
