Last year, I have received a citation (ticket) for traffic violation (speeding: 50 mph or a 35 mph zone) and paid the fine. Have the copy of citation and paid receipt. Also 3 or 4 years back received a similar ticket for speeding. Paid the fine, but not sure if I have the copies. Do I have to mention this in the N-400 application for:
Question 23 ("Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer")?
My wife has been married before once. In N-400 application, Part-9 has a question:
8. How many times has your current spouse been married?
Should I exclude our current marriage and say: 1 or should I say: 2?
8. Items A to D: Is this for my wife's Ex-Husband or herself?
