It varies. Every doctor will have a different fee, for doing the same thing. U may need to, call around to get the cheapest. Good luck.

$200 to $500, depending on whether the exam is an update for a K1 entrant or a regular immigrant medical exam. Also, the needed shots drive up the cost, and they are dependent on age, medical conditions and history of previous shots that the applicant can provide.

The area of the country and demographics also contribute to basic exam fees.
