  • Reckless Driving - black mark for citizenship?

Hello: I have a reckless driving (I think) record. I need help to understand where i might request driving record since I never resided in the state of VA where I was issued that ticket. I did pay and settle that.. so does that mean the fine took care of the record.
ANd finally does this affect my citizenship?

    thanks, Niranjan Gowda

Even though it is not a denial of citizenship for you, you need to mention that and you need to get the driving record, proof of payment of fine etc.

VA DMV website is http://www.dmvnow.com You can request driving history online by paying small amount. You can also call them and request it.

      hi

      Hi Niranjan,

I was reading your old question. I am having the concern. It has been long time you posted here. Could you please share with me what happened when you applied for citizenship.
