  • Naturalization and fiancee

I have been a green card holder for almost 3 1/2 years now. I am planning to apply for naturalization at the earliest possible opportunity which I believe is at 4 years and 9 months: My questions are as follows:

    1) Is my understanding of the earliest application timing correct
    2) I live in NYC, do I have to file at Vermont? is there a way to speed up the process? (which I believe might take 1 year)
    3) I am planning to get married in a year. Fiancee lives in Texas and currently on H1B visa. When would be the earliest date that she can apply for Green Card on my citizenship status (assuming we are officially married). Is there a way to speed up such process?
    4) At such time, does she apply in Texas or Vermont?
    5) If opportunities occur that I move outside of US for work but keep my continuous residency test (coming back once every 6 months or so), can I apply for citizenship from that country?
    6) If my fiancee moves with me to that country, can she still apply for green card because of me? (assuming we are married and the answer to question 5 is true)
    7) Is answer to (6) is true, is the earliest of such application the same as answer to question (3)?
    8) Is there a difference between getting married before or after getting my citizenship, in terms of her green card application process? (if one of them has substantial advantage/disadvantage)
    9) would filing such green card application affecct my fiancee's H1B status?
