I obtain citizenship threw my parents ... Need to get a certificate of citizenship ... I already have a U.S. passport can I use that to obtain the certificate ?

You'll need more than the U.S. passport. It's as if you are starting over. Even though the issuance of your U.S. passport required eligilbity proof, the passport itself doesn't explain how your citizenship was derived.

Plan on your birth certificate copy and parents' proof of U.S. citizenship for starters when submitting the N-600.
