Please help! I have a question about form N400

Hi everyone, I have a question about N400 form, particularly Part 5 - Informations about parents
I've been a permanent residence for 5 years and about to apply for citizenship. My mom married to my step-dad, who is a US citizen and we moved to US. However, they got divorced.
So my question is in form N400, part 5, number 3, should I put Yes or No for: is your father a US citizen? is it refer to my biological dad or my step-dad?

The question primarily refers to your biological father. But if he became your stepfather before you turned 18, there is some precedent to name him as your father.
