Have been married to my spouse for almost 3 yrs now. Our anniversary is around the corner . she already filed for divorce but no yet separated legally. I want to know if I am qualified to file for american citizenship after our 3yrs anniversary because she wants me to apply for it before she finalize the divorce. Is that possible or I should wait for 5yrs rule
