Hi, I know this has been asked a few times but wanted to confirm.

    1. Parking violation in 2010 that I contested in the court and won. Did not pay any fine
    2. Speeding ticket in 2013. Paid a fine of about $67.

Should I say yes to question 23? And mention them in the details. Or I should not mention at all.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks

It won't make a difference whether you mention it or not.
Here is a picture of instructions from N-400 Instructions.

Personal Experiences:I had a ticket for not wearing helmet. Fine was 189$ and at the same time my friend applied also he had gotten speeding ticket of about 275$. Both of us didn't mention those and we didn't have any problem. We were both sworn on Apr 15,2015.

Not all immigration Officials are the same, and therefore, some will go to the extreme. I have heard of cases where #23 was answered with a NO, eventhough that person had traffic tickets.... long story short, there case become a long held up, drawn out, case because of false answers.

Some people put no, mistakenly, not realizing, where they went wrong and this doesn't mean people won't get there oat ceremony, but it's like a punishment just holding out one's case, just for not being truthful.... intentionally or not, when the offers said, " you have NEVER gotten a traffic ticket....?"

I mean, putting yes and explain those thickets is a no 'brainer'. You wouldn't be required to bring any evidence once tickets are under $500 and is not DUI related.
