I filed my N400 as a GC 5 year rule. During the interview I realized I made two mistakes. The IO didn't ask me if I wanted to change anything on the form. In the 5 year history residences section I put the wrong dates and addresses started at 2008. I received my GC 7/2009 via marriage to a USC. We divorced 12/2009. I passed the civic, reading and writing tests but need to submit additional information because the dates listed conflict with my GC application from 5years ago. I have the documents with proof of where I lived, this is the same info uscis received when I applied dor my GC. I need counsel on the best approach to fulfill this request. Should I just submit evidence for the 5 year residence history as required by N400 from 2010 to present?

Did you receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) following before or following your interview? Respond fully to any specific requests, but don't "muddy the water" by opening up a new inquiry based on a reporting error that wouldn't affect the review outcome anyway
