I am pretty sure this has been discussed before but I can't find the thread.
My wife will have the oath ceremony in a couple of days. My case is a little delayed but I am in line fro an oath ceremony.
We will apply for my daughter's N600 once we have our certificates, but we have a trip coming up in June. Without a US passport, we will need a visa to enter the country we are visiting, so we would like to get her a passport as soon as possible.
I understand that once we have the naturalization certificates, we can apply for the passport even before filing the N600. My questions:
1. Can this be done with just ONE of the parent's certificates?
2. Can the application for the child's passport be done by applying through the normal channels or is it different?
