I would like to clarify about 90 days early filing of my Citizenship application.
I got PR status in Jan 2010. I was out of US, once for 9 months & then for 10 months with re-entry permit. I was also out for 4/5 months couple times. I am never out for more than a year.
I am filing my tax returns regularly from 2010 onwards as a self-employed.
I will be eligible to file after 12 November 2015 as I will complete 913 days and was not out of US for more than 30 months.
Will someone tell me if I can file 90 days before 12 November 2015 i. e. on 13 September 2015?
Of course, on 13 September 2015, I shall be present in US for 823 days (913- 90= 823 days) but I have PR status for more than 5 years.
