can I file N-400 when i live in US for 4 year and 11 month?
i know we can file the form 3 month ahead of 5 year requirement, but which answer should i select for the first question of the form N400 ?

Yes, u r allowed three month prior, but as you know, no one receives their naturalized status before the required 3 years for some and five for others like you.
Therefore, fill in yes.
