    01 visa trying to marry USC

    Hi there

    Im currently in the US on an 01 visa, I am trying to marry my boyfriend who is a USC.

    I have just left my job (current sponsor) and will need to transfer sponsorship to another employer or hopefully have marriage paperwork processed very soon.

    What forms do I need to submit to marry?
