N565 Processing Time Issue

I just checked the processing time web site and it still states that the N565 processing time is January 5 2014!!? It went from 6 months to January 5 2014, why is that? Is anyone else seeing issues with this and other form return dates on the return dates for the Nebraska branch!!??

I wish I understand exactly what you are asking. I don't see a difference in your dates. You said six from......???

Ok I understand. When it's current it will say six months, which is the normal/expected time span, but when there are more cases than they can handle, it goes according to where they reach, in handling the files.
