Name change after obtaining US citizenship with India property

I legally changed my name after obtaining US citizenship through a court order in the USA. I now also have OCI card under my new name. I own property (house) in India that is under my old name.

I have the following under my old name:
1) Marriage certificate – India
2) Property registration documentation -India
3) 10th degree certificate - India
4) 12th degree certificate - India
5) Undergraduate and Post graduate degree certificate - India
6) Expired Indian passports with old name
7) Old US passport with old name

Dont have or never had PAN card or any other id Card...

The Indian local government offices don't allow me to file name change in India through Gazette etc...(as I am not Indian citizen anymore..)

Please advice, if I have to make any changes to the property record to reflect my new name or any other steps I need to take? In case I decide to sell the property in future, I want to make sure things are in right order.
