Hello All-
My mother in law who is 76 years old got her green card in July 2007. She made 5 trips to India, 3 for less than 6 months, once for 15 months on a reentry permit and once for 8 months. The first long trip was when my father in law passed away and she had to stay there for a year for religious ceremonies, and the next one to settle financial matters. They want proof that she did not abandon residency during those 2 years. She does not have credit cards, lease agreements, etc. So what are my options? Thanks
