Marital status:- Nucleus unmarried (no wife no children)

hi,
my sister is a sales girl which earn $9 per hour she pay tax $100 only per year she file tax return with his husband,
my question is that can my sister able to submit affidavit of support for me i am nucleus i have no accompanying wife and childern.
if not tell me the minimum salary of a person who submit affidavit of support for a single (unmarried) applicant,

Because the requirements for support take household size into consideration along with the amount that would be needed to cover the person someone is sponsoring, I am not sure her income is going to be enough.

So for example, if she has a spouse and 2 children, her income must meet the requirement to support herself, her spouse, her 2 children and you.
