uscis lost my immigration file !

im a foreign adoptee from overseas i came here legally on a orphan visa and eventually received a green card and thereafter citizenship

uscis is refusing to give me my proof of citizenship !

now im trapped in a paperless existence ! i can't renew my ID or get a job even

What about your set of papers, the copy of what was filed,.... you should have copy of something, in order for USCIS, to be able to respond to you. It's you duty and burden of proof, to submit these, for them to act or respond to you. Good luck!!
