Hi.. Im helping my uncle to get citizenship he has been a resident for 5 years no criminal record or trouble.. The only thing is he moved out of utah to new mexico for work but never changed adress in the uscis.. But he wants to come to utah for biometrics but still living in new mexico is that possible or he ll get in trouble for not changing adresses?
