I have been a permanent resident since approx. 1994. I recently got a federal position and they require me to gain full citizenship. My application was accepted 4/17/15. I went for my bio-metric appointment in May/June 2015. It is now October and I'm still waiting for my interview. Am i being impatient or should I call? On-line they said the Detroit field office processing time was 5 months. Anyone else waiting or having the same experience? Thank You!

I called yesterday and spoke with INS. From the looks of it they said the last n-400 batch they were working on was from 3/25/15 and to allow an additional 45 days. *fingers crossed* Its already been 6 months.Originally posted by jenim View PostThere used to be something called namecheck before which delays interview or approval.
