  • N400 OATH CEREMONY LETTER. Please Help

I applied for my Naturalization on 2014. I had my interview on December 2015. I passed the test but the IO says she needs a concurrent approval from her supervisor. This is because I had a minor conviction earlier. After the interview, it was a waiting game. I gave up all the hope and prepared to reapply in future. While waiting I kept on sending inquiries and got reply like "A decision can not be made'. Last time I send inquiry on August and middle of September 18 I received a letter saying. On September 10 2015 your n400 was approved. You will receive a notice to attend a oath ceremony after we complete the final processing.

Its been more than a month now and I have not received the oath letter yet. My status on USCIS website hasn't change yet. It is still showing the interview letter status.

    Has my application actually approved?
How long I need to wait for the Oath Letter.
    What is final processing?

    Confused??

You should be fine. If the letter says your n400 is approved, then you're approved. Next step is the oath ceremony letter. if you don't get it in the next month, check again with USCIS, since mail can be lost sometimes. Please update this thread on the progress you make, good luck!
