How long does it take to receive the actual interview notification letter?

My FP got over on Nov 9th! THis seems too fast ?

i became a citizen in apr 2015 and my status still says we started the interview process...online doesn't get updated regularly and you usually get the interview letter month in advance...I applied in Jan 2015, FP in Mar and interview/oath in apr. time can also vary depending on the uscis office. mine was sacramento, california and its usually quicker than some other offices.
