OCI Card Help

Hi,

My Son was born in US and i am trying to apply him the OCI card. I and my wife both are Indian Citizens . I am on H1. While Going through the documents that are required for OCI Card i found a document named "NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE" and "AFFIDAVIT FOR CHILD’S NATURALIZATION BY PARENTS "

Do i Need to submit this document ? I guess Not ?
