Hello, I have been ordered removed from the US by an Immigration judge about 5 years ago. New evidence had recently turned up in my favor which indicates I may have been a US citizen at the time (via derivative citizenship through my father) and thus not removable.
I would like to know if I can appeal that decision after all this time or otherwise take my case before a different institution so that I can claim my citizenship. Or if anyone can recommend an attorney familiar with derivative citizenship.
Thank you!
