  • My Oath ceremony hasnot been scheduled for 8 months now

I went thru fingerprint in December of 2014 and completed the interview in April of 2015. After the interview, the immigration officer told me my immigration file wasnot yet sent to them , therefore the oath ceremony could not be scheduled.

My attempts since April and especially after the normal processing timeframe passed in July or so, did not produce any further information. I am not sure what is going on with my file and there is no good reason for a delay. I have a clean personal and a clean immigration record.

What are my options other than just to wait?
