Hi!
I live in VA, and I received a traffic ticket 6 years while driving to Michigan....The ticket was issued in Ohio....I, of course, paid it within the time limit, but do I need to mention it under the line-Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense" section?....From my researches, a speeding ticket in Ohio ( with an 11 mph over the speed limit) is not considered as an offense or traffic crime, but as a civil obligation....
If I should mention it but not under the crime/offense conviction section, should I just add the proof of the paid ticket along my file?
