I told the person who prepare my paper that I would like my name change. I look in my package of N400 today the box said No. My interview is in two week. I wonder if I can say that I want my name change during the interview or I had to fully follow N400.

There are only two ways that USCIS can issue your certificate of Naturalization under new name:
1. If your present proof that you have already changed your name according to legal requirements that apply to a person living in your state, USCIS can issue a Certificate of Naturalization with your new name. Such proof include a marriage certificate or Divorce decree showing that you changed your name when your married or divorced. It might also include other state court order establishing that you have changed your name.
2. If you are going to take a Oath of Allegiance at Naturalization ceremony that is held in court, you may ask the Court to change tour name.If the court grants your request, your new name will appear on your Certificate of Naturalization.
You can also speak to the immigration officer at the time of your Oath, to get more data.
