SIGNED BY J LOPEZ But No APPLICATION RECEIVED :(

I need help! I express mailed my N-400 application to the Arizona lockbox on 2nd February. It was received and signed for on 4th February at 10 am by JEFF LOPEZ but to date I have not heard anything despite checking both my mailing and home address constantly. I have also called USCIS customer service line but nobody is responding and I keep being told that I should file a new application. I did everything correctly and sent my application in.

TODAY I looked at the tracking again so I could gather the proof of delivery and noticed it says DELIVERED TO J LOPEZ at CHASE BUILDING. After googling it it seems like this is a drop off location for all USCIS packages, but my concern is WHY my package wasn't delivered and why USCIS doesn't have it.

What do I do? Who do I call? I am so so concerned and don't know what to do and can't go through putting together another N-400 application now.

Wait a couple more weeks. The incoming volume is so great that it might not be on record yet. What is the status of your payment check?

Really? That long? There are so many people who I have seen tracking their N-400 from the Arizona Office that have at least got a i-797. I can't seem to track the money order, its from USPS so if I fill out their form (which I have to pay for to track), it will track it and if not cashed it will cancel the money order so I Am in a huge dilemma.

I once sent a Priority Mail Naturalization app to the Express/Courier address, and it was 6 or 7 weeks before USCIS tried to cash the check. I had stopped payment in the meantime and submitted a second Priority Mail packet to the correct address. When the first check bounced, USCIS demanded that I make the payment good, regardless, and I had no choice, as they turned it over to the Treasury Dept for collection. The Naturalization processing center address is sometimes real slow. Using a PO money order was not a good idea.
