Questions about Form N400

I am filing for my citizenship and I am stuck at these 2 questions. Can someone please help me

Part 11 Q9 A & B
Have you ever been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with, any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club society,
or similar group in the united states or in any location in the world?
What type of memberships or involvement does it include? On few online forum they say include "Costco" "AAA" membership? Really? Is that true?

Part 11 Q 23
Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any and all immigration officials or the U.S. Armed Forces) for any reason?
• Does this include traffic violations like speeding, red light violation & accident for which I was not arrested. I paid fine that was less than $500. And my driving record doesn’t even show that anymore? Should i select “Yes” if I have such traffic violations
• If Yes, then what if i don’t have exact dates. Can I put ‘unknown’ since ‘unknown’ is allowed?
• If I have also received traffic ticket via Postal Mail because I crossed red light, and picture was taken. should I enter that in table provided? ( Item 29)
My DMV record says "THE RECORD CONTAINS NO HISTORY OF EVENTS" do i need to attach this copy with the N400?

for part 11 q9 you can list them but they are looking for professions clubs, organizations etc...
q 23. again listing doesn't them doesn't hurt. You are just providing more information to be on safe side...I would still list the tickets even if they are under $500 because I always did.
you don't need to attach any copies if it was under $500 but just write them in the table. If you don't remember the date just put the month and year if you don't remember month just put 01 for Jan and the year. for example 01/2016.

thanks, i dont even remeber year or month. One ticket was before 2004 and other was between 2004 & 2007. However i noticed in the date field in that particular table it allows me to type "unknown"
