Selective Service

Here is the question:
Are you a male who lived in the US at any time between your 18th-26th bday?

I recieved my I-551 after my 26th bday 03/27/2012. I did however lived in AZ from that age group.

I tried to register when I came back and received a letter fro the Selective Service System telling me that i was to old to register.

So my questions is do i answer yes or do i answer no
