Questions about employment on Form N400

I have question about Form N400 that i would like to get clarification

Part 7 Information About Your Employment and School You Attended
1> I was working on Job 'A' then there was a gap for 3 months (i was looking for new job) before i started working on Job 'B', Should i enter this gap as HouseMaker or Unemployed ?
2> For last 2 years i am not working so that i can take care of my child. Should i enter this period as HouseMaker or Unemployed

Part 9 G Current spouse present employer
My husband is also filing his Form n400. Based on question 2 above, what should he write? Homemaker or N/A
