N-400 N/A or leave it blank?

Hey,

I am sure most of the people in this Forum must have faced this issue. It seems that N400 PDF doesn't allow to put N/A in several places. Just wanted to know what other people did. Should I leave it blank or should I put NA (Without Slash).

The instructions say fill everything out, put N/A if it's not relevant. my friend's husband just got his naturalization done he said he put N/A as well
