N-400 Rejected because of early submission

Dear Fellow members,
Thanks in advance for your time and help.

My N-400 got rejected because my application reached them about 2 days earlier than then 90 day eligibility limit.
I have also got a green page stating that I should include that page after I correct my mistake and re-file.
Every page of my rejected N-400 has some USCIS related information stamped at the bottom.

I am not sure, if
-I can resend the same rejected application, now that my 90 day limit is satisfied
OR
-File a new N-400 with the current date in the signature (along with the green page).
In this case, should I also include the original rejected N-400 ?

Send it like it came with the correction they indicated. Cos they generated a number on that one already no need to fill a new one.
