I'm not too familiar with it, but I've read that for waits like this you should be able to make an 'InfoPass' appointment with your local office to see what the delay is about.

    Application Center: CKGS NY
    OCI
Feb 3, 2017 -Application Received & Verification Complete
Feb 6 -'Under Process' at CKGS
Feb 7 -In-Transit & Under Process at Consulate
Feb 8 -Govt of India: Date Of Acknowledgment
    -Documents Printing Status: UNDER-PROCESS

    RENUNCIATION
Feb 3,2017 -Application Received & Verification Complete
Feb 6 -'Under Process' at CKGS
Feb 7 -In-Transit & Under Process at Consulate
Feb 8 -'Reviewed' by Consulate and ‘In Transit’ to CKGS

after the interview, you should receive some paper from the office, to instruct clearly that if you passed, or denied, or can't make decision because you need provide suplimentary documents to support you n400 application. if the officer didn't give you any paper, it would be ridiculous and impossible.
I suppose your application is under "can't make decision..." situation, which means you shall provide more documents to USCIS. As I know, under this situation, the paper shows clearly, you shall provide all suplimentary documents to USCIS within 27 days after the interview, if not, they will deny your application.
If you are approved, from the paper they gave you, you shall know, 120days after the interview, you can pursue help from your local court directly.

              Hello USF,

Finally did you get the approval for your case? I'm in the same situation.

              Thank you in advance.
