Citizenship interview reschedule - no confirmation if interview date has changed

My citizenship interview was scheduled for next week. Since I had travel plans that cannot be cancelled, I requested to reschedule by sending a letter as it says in the interview appointment letter. This was 2 weeks ago. I have not received any confirmation if the interview is rescheduled. The case status on-line does not have record of interview reschedule. Anyone has any suggestions on what I should do? Is there a way to contact the USCIS office directly to confirm this?

You have 2 options.
1. Call the Customer Service number first thing in the morning. If the first rep you talk to isn't being helpful, ask to speak to a supervisor.
2. Make an Infopass appt at your local office.

Customer service is only telling me that reschedule is not in system. I don't know if they are able to put a note in application stating that reschedule is in progress, so come interview day the officer knows about it. I will look into the infopass.
