it is taking forever

When I sent in the payment the USCIS was so quick to cash it, that I thought the entire process will be as smooth.
Priority date June 22 20116
Fingerprint July 12
????????????????
not a single update since then, more than six months.
Called, they really do not have anything to say rather than reading what is on the App. Depressing.
Tried the tool called E-request, did not work, because the case seems to be within the "normal Processing Time" Isn't that crazy?

May 30th, 2017 Online status changed to we are putting you inline for an Oath Ceremony
June 2nd, 2017 Notice Ceremony was mailed. So now I'm waiting.

My status changed to "On May 31, 2017, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization". until today its the may 7th i still havent gotten the letter. i called them and they said there is no way to know if the letter is mailed yet. should i be worried?

You mean it's June 7th? I got my letters within 4-5 days, but for this last step, I'm still waiting for my oath ceremony appointment, status changed on June 2nd that Oath Appointment was scheduled and letter was mailed, today is 12th already, but still no letter. I called today also, and they told me that they don't have any information available, except what I can see online. And I should call after July 2nd, if there is an issue. I have to travel on July 5th, so hopefully it will happen soon.

Officer was very nice, but she told oath gonna take couple of month, they are very busy will post updates
