married to a USC, had a DUI, wait three or five years?

Hi Everyone,
I am eligible for N-400 based on being married and living with a USC for three years. Three years have passed since my arrest for a DUI. Should I apply or wait more? I was arrested in 2012, did all I had to and had it expunged. I have no other convictions. Is three years good enough to claim good moral character? Are there any official statements on this?

yes u r eligible to apply. it doesn't matter if u apply 4 years later. just know it is going to come up even if u expunged it. if they asked u on the application and in the interview say yes
