I have 8 months out of United States, Not a period of continuous : 3 months on 2014, 2 months on 2015, and 3 months on 2016,
the question is :
did I have broken or disrupted my continuous residence" and I have to prove otherwise?

No. You are fine. You can't stay more than 6 months at one single time (or one visit).
