Biometrics for N-400

I had refugee status for over 5 years, but I just received my green card. My attorney said that I'm eligible to apply for citizenship since my time as a refugee counts towards the 5 years requirement. My question is: Since I did my biometrics last November and they are good for 15 months, can I get my biometrics waived for the N-400?

I did biometrics in May 2016 for GC and recently filed N400. I am scheduled to do another biometrics.
