Waiting after biometrics for 8 months

I applied for my N400 early November (2015) and my biometrics were completed on 11/30/15. There has been no progress since. Has anybody been through similar situation or is waiting longer? Thanks in advance for any input.

I am in PA (Suburbs of Philadelphia). I submitted a case status inquiry and was told that my application is still with the National Benefits Center. Which number should I call? Thanks for your help.
