My priority date is July 2015, FP was completed was completed in June 2015. I have been waiting for interview since. My wife and I both applied together she got her Oath done within short period of time. I called USCIS in March 2016 and was told I should hear something in 90-120 days which expired in July of this year. I called again last week and was told that they will get back to me in 15 days. I did submit and SR to Dallas office and they said my case is still at NBC. I wrote to my congressional representative, he received a reply that case is delayed due to background check. What options do I have or should I continue to wait - Appreciate feed back and help, anyone else in similar situation?
