Form N-400 - Part 8: Employment / School

I attended 4 months of computer training in a IT Training Center (Not University / College so no credits). Should I put that in the list of school attended in Part 8 of the form? Or just leave it?

Which address should I put?

Hi Cocofortunato,

It`s your wish to show your training course records in Citizenship application. Anyhow, it`s not printed in US citizenship certificates. So better you can leave the statement blank.
