Hello Folks,
Basically, I am from New Jersey and all Immigration process has been processed in the past, i.e. Green card, SS, and extension for green card too. Well, I am in Pennsylvania since May 2016, and eligible for filling my N-400 (Naturalization) form. Now, I am wondering from where should I filled my case? As per the information in M-476, applicant has to be stay in the same USCIS district atleast 3 month before applying for. Note has to be taken that I visited New jersey atleast twice in a month during these last 3 month as my family lives there.
