Confused! What to believe N-400

Just go and do it again. You're going around in circles about an appointment for 20 minutes, that may or may not be redundant.

I did my biometrics for N-400 on April 22, 2016 it was stamped, approved all that. On August 20, 2016 another notice was sent out to do my biometrics, confused I decided to call the NCSC they transferred to an immigration officer one officer told me I might have to do it again. Called another time on the same day, another officer told me I dont have to do it again because They received my biometrics results on August 25, 2016 and scheduled my interview date for October 3, 2016. I dont know which to believe, should I call a third time or make a infopass appointment?

OK just got off the phone with a 3rd officer he said no need to go again they received my results on the 25th thanks though.
